The gender pay gap on Equal Pay Day 2021

31 August is equal pay day.
It marks the 61 additional days after the end of the financial year that women must work to earn the same as their male counterparts.
Although, with a gender pay gap that has increased to 14.2%, 112 days may be more accurate, taking us to 21 September 2021.
