If you are looking for a Charitable Tax deduction before the end of the 2019-20 financial year, the Women's Council for Domestic and Family Violence Services (WA) is appealing to you to consider supporting women and children in Refuges who are fleeing violence in their homes and communities.

General donations (GD) assist the Women’s Council to continue all the work we undertake, which includes but is not limited to:

• Advocate for improved government funding to frontline domestic violence services and participate in networks that lobby for improvements in support services

• The Funds for Freedom (FFF) project which assists women & children who are creating a new home to increase security or purchase a washing machine or fridge.

• Women without Income (WWI) project, which assists women and children in Refuges without an income with a minimum amount for their basic needs.

• Raise awareness in the community through events like the Annual Silent Domestic Violence Memorial March
