Award Creation & Maintenance

Many of our members are covered under State and Federal Awards, which were created by ASU, and we continually strive to improve and maintain your conditions within these Awards. This maintenance process includes providing representation on Award variations in the Industrial Commission and other matters such as:

"ASSIST" ASU Industrial Services

Members will initially have the opportunity to discuss their issue with an Industrial Officer. An assessment of the claim is made, and then an appropriate strategy is determined. A professional advocate will represent the member's legitimate interests from the start of the claim through to its completion in accordance with ASU policy.

Gibson and Gibson

Gibson & Gibson will provide a general legal service to ASU members that provides for a 20 minute consultation at no cost to the member. Beyond this,members will be required to pay their own legal costs at the scheduled rate or at a rate agreed between Gibson & Gibson and the member.
